Mood:  sad

It's Christmas eve 2007--- Alot of us have had one or more family gatherings of family and friends---- Piles and piles of material presents exchanged-- Some from  the heart. Well thought out and greatly appreciated...Others just stuff to see who gets the most------- It is my opinion that less is more and more meaningful..

Christmas season is such a sad time for alot of us... I've tears setting , just ready to spill at all times------- That does not mean my life is empty or meaningless...

I've no explanation why the sadness is there... If I try to analyze it, All that I can think of is, I wish I was with my kids and the people that I love. If not with them in person.. A note, a phone call, anything thats says, I care.  And I would like to know they are happy.My heart hurts for them.

In a few days it will all be over and a new year begins.. A blank page. 365 days to fill if we are lucky enough to live thru them. And then we can start the sadness over again in December..
